Each day, administrators, teachers, and support staff work diligently to ensure that each and every student is being prepared academically, emotionally and socially to become a part of our global society.
Lexington County School District Three focuses on providing its students with personalized learning experiences that support their development. Each student is valued as an individual, and faculty and staff work to ensure that each student’s educational needs are met. Through collaboration with their peers and professional development, our faculty and staff meet the needs of all students in all subject areas.
Lexington County School District Three serves more than 2,000 students in grades K4 through 12. The district employees approximately 350 individuals and has four schools – one primary, one elementary, one middle and one comprehensive high school. The district also has an Adult Education program called the Lifelong Learning Center that serves approximately 500 adults throughout the school year.
Lexington County School District Three is nestled in the western portion of Lexington County and also serves a portion of Saluda County. The district transports approximately 1400 of its students via bus daily with 17 regular routes and 2 special needs routes. Lexington Three covers 103.4 miles of Lexington County and the district’s boundaries go from Lake Murray to the Sandhills.
